MMore than 150 participants presented their organizations, the potential of their undertakings and that of the German economy to the UN agencies at the UN Procurement Conference "Developing your Business with the United Nations" in Copenhagen in March 2009. The event offered concrete practical business tips on how to market products and services successfully to the UN agencies, together with essential information on registration and procedural issues. In addition, the conference provided a unique opportunity to come directly in contact with all key UN agencies in one go. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Johann Christoph Jessen, the Ambassador of the Germany in Denmark.

Investment conference FIFA World Cup 2006TM
The investment conference FIFA World Cup 2006TM took place in Leipzig in 2004 under the auspices of Wolfgang Clement. The 700 participants were presented expert contributions from 120 speakers - including Franz Beckenbauer, Rezzo Schlauch, Horst R. Schmidt and Wolfgang Tiefensee - in forums discussing prospects for the German economy and the country and how they could benefit through the football world cup. At the conference, the world cup sectoral and regional opportunities were highlighted for the first time. The event was broadcasted live on Phoenix.
